NAI Coastal commercial Realtors will move their offices into Downtown Salisbury, assuming vacant space on the first floor of Riverview Commons at 150 West Market Street.

“This move will allow all of our advisors and staff to be under one roof in the heart of Downtown Salisbury,” said Principal Chris Davis. “We are excited and proud to be bringing our business to the Riverview Commons building and look forward to immersing ourselves in the culture and excitement of the city.”

The announcement of NAI Coastal’s move — likely to occur this summer — follows a surge in activity surrounding Downtown Salisbury.

Kyle Edwards Jewelers, Lilac Clothing Co. and Bombshell Boutique are all among the local businesses that have recently purchased or leased commercial space in the area.

“New businesses are planting roots Downtown and we’re seeing a shift in the city landscape,” said Principal Bradley Gillis. “The construction and redevelopment projects going on are further developing the area and breathing new life into the city, making Market Street the natural choice for our team.”
