Time and Space is theme for this week’s 3rd Friday

Friday, Sept. 19, is the next-planned 3rd Friday in Downtown Salisbury.

September’s theme is “Space and Time.”

While the full lineup won’t be announced until this weekend, attendees will be able to ceck out the Antares Rocket Program and meet the Eastern Shore’s real-life space explorers, with NASA Wallops, Orbital and LJT & Associates.

You’ll be able to hear the story behind Wallop’s infamous “rocket frog” photograph, and meet the photographer.

Explore concepts in time keeping and clock making, as we celebrate time itself.

Art Shows will be held at Tony Weeg Photography, Salisbury University Art Gallery: Downtown Campus and at the AIG.  Live Music from Dark Gold Jazz.

As usual, local artists and crafters will fill the streets of Downtown Salisbury.

3F is an all-volunteer effort, a downtown economic development initiative and a project of the Salisbury Arts & Entertainment District Committee.

There is no charge for local artists to set up, but online advance registration is required.
