Some 1,800 people attended the Salisbury Jaycees’ 11th annual Treat Street safe Halloween trick-or-treating event last week on Salisbury’s Downtown Plaza. Activities included candy tables, games, popcorn, story time, local mascots, cartoons, face painting, coloring and community tables.
